When you book a consultation, paralegal-on-broadview will contact you to obtain the name of the landlord, tenant and rental address in order to run a requred conflict check prior to learning about your case.

What does a Consultation include?
​
Consultations are not free, but are thorough and occur in person in East Toronto or virtually across Ontario, via Zoom or Teams. Sessions often last for over an hour and may involve one or two email replies to followup queries. A consultation involves hearing your story, reviewing any documents already served/filed, and discussing your options.

Most parties I work with self-represent, but seek some guidance or completion of paperwork.
